Richard (Dick) Taylor has been a pastor in the Bible Fellowship Church since 1973. He spent most of his pastoral ministry at Grace Bible Fellowship Church in Wallingford, PA. Since retiring from the full-time pastorate, he has been the Mentoring Assistant to the church planters. He is also the chairman of the Board of Church Extension. Dick Taylor attended Ursinus College, Westminster Theological Seminary, and Biblical Theological Seminary (now Missio Seminary).
