After spending 22 years in the construction industry, Raymond went into missions with Trans World Radio serving on Guam. While on Guam, Raymond managed broadcast schedules on their five transmitters and taught and produced various programs. While on Guam, Raymond graduated from International Bible College and Seminary with a Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral Ministries. In August of 2002, he began serving with Church Extension Ministries as Assistant Church Planter. He assists various church planters, oversees the properties owned by the mission churches, and assists the Director and church planters with various projects throughout the year. He is especially interested in helping existing, independent churches connect with the Bible Fellowship Church denomination.
